How does ordering from Official North Pole Mail actually work?
It's really easy and a whole lot of fun. Simply use our online Santa Letter Designer and follow the step-by-step instructions. You will be allowed to customize your letter in every way, from the background to the text. Then you simply supply us with the information to customize your designs. We will only collect the information needed to personalize the letter and get it shipped and on the way. You can watch your letter being built and see exactly how the letter will read right on the screen. Then your letter is mailed to the recipient with a unique postmark from the North Pole.
How much does this service cost me?
At only $9.95(USD) per letter, this will probably be the most affordable gift you purchase this year and will more than likely be the most memorable one . . . Also, each recipient will receive FREE Christmas Stickers with each Personalized Letter from Santa.
When will my letter be delivered?
All letters take about 2 business days to complete the design process and then to the USPS for shipping. This is because each of our letters are designed one at a time and not mass produced to ensure the highest quality. As soon as the letter is completed it can be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS First Class International Mail if you are outside of the United States. Due to the seasonal nature of our service, the earlier you order your letter in the year the faster the design time. The delivery time depends completely on the time it takes the U.S. Postal Service to deliver your letters. If you are inside the United States then First Class mail usually takes about 2-10 days to arrive. This is why we stop taking first class mail orders on the 10th of December. International orders can take up to 21 days in shipment and customs. All International orders must be placed prior to December 1st. With our date-picker you can choose to have your letter mailed immediately or have a selection of future dates.
Can I pay by mail instead of online?
We use a 256-bit secured payment server so that you can order online with complete security. We offer you the ability to pay online via credit or debit card payments. We no longer accept payments via standard mail due to order volume during the busy Christmas season.
What payment options do you offer?

One of the children that I ordered a letter for has moved ? How do I go about getting the mailing address changed for his letter?
Please email us at customerservice@santasofficialnorthpolemail.com and let us know the child's name and what date it was suppose to mail out and a order # if you have it. Also let us know the new address and we will make the change for you.
