are first and foremost a children's Santa
letter site. Therefore, we do not allow
adult content in any letter or postcard.
Examples of adult content include but,
are not limited to: profanity, sexual
content, violence and/or drug or alcohol
use. We reserve the right to cancel and
refuse to fill any order we deem as
inappropriate content coming from
Santa Claus.
Can I send a letter that says Santa is
not real or that he is dead?
No. We also do not send anything
saying that Santa will never visit
someone again and/or never bring
them presents again. You cannot send a
letter saying that Santa was a saint that
died many years ago or any variation to
the story. Our website is primarily
designed to keep the belief in Santa
Claus alive for as long as possible. We
know the issue will come up as children
get older but this is a discussion that the
parent needs to have with their child
and not have a letter sent telling them.

When will my child’s letter ship?
Orders usually ship out within 2-3
business days of the time you place
your order, or you can select the option
to delay your shipping date and choose
from a wide selection of dates that are
closer to Christmas. If you select a
delayed date then your package will be
prepared and then binned in our
storage facility until the date you have
selected.
Please allow up to 10 days for Standard
Shipping on letters and package(s) to
arrive from the date they are shipped.
We recommend purchasing EXPEDITED
SHIPPING for faster delivery! Tracking
will be provided when available. First
Class Letters do not receive tracking
numbers.
*Please note International delivery
varies by destination and customs
regulations. International shipments
may require additional shipping time,
up to 21 days depending on their
destination.
To ensure prompt delivery,
OfficialNorthPoleMail.com highly
recommends ordering early and
upgrading your shipping to Expedited 2-
3 day which uses UPS/FedEx. We do not
suggest delaying your shipping date,
instead we suggest receiving the
package early and having an adult
remove it from the mailbox and put it
up for safe keeping and when the time
is right then simply put the letter or
package back into the mailbox and
watch the Christmas magic happen.
That way you are not on pins and
needles waiting for the mail to arrive
and you can choose the best time to
spring the surprise and avoid any delays

How do I know if my Official North
Pole Mail order went through?
Once you've completed the design
process, you will receive a copy of what
you have added to your shopping cart,
once you have added all your orders to
your shopping cart and checked out you
will be emailed a receipt from us for
your purchase. This email will include a
‘Order Number’ for the entire order as
well as a ‘Unique Item Number’ for
each individual letter that was within
the order.

Why didn't I receive my email
confirmation?
If you did not print your receipt at the
end of your check out, the email receipt

Yes. In some cases, depending on your
package design the package may not fit
in a smaller PO Box or an Apartment
mailbox. If this is the case the post
office will most likely leave a note in
your box asking you to pick the package
up at the post office counter instead.

Internationally?
YES! We currently ship worldwide. We
stop taking INTERNATIONAL orders on
December 1st each year. You may
order after this time but you will need to
agree to the fact that your items may
not arrive before Christmas.
Due to the different speed and reliability
of customs and the postal system in

can take anywhere from 7 to 21 days to
